At Maan Special Products, we specialize in high-performance foils, seals and functional materials for demanding industrial and technical applications, where precision and reliability are key.
With this card, we give you a (ultra) small and thin glimpse into the world of ultra precision, where even the smallest details matter.
How the card works
Simply follow these steps to get the best result in connecting and applying the foil on your card.
- Position the complete product where you want to place it. Be aware: don’t peel anything of yet.
- Hold the product with one hand steady on the correct place and remove with your other hand the rectangular middle part of the backing.
- Press it
- Hold with one hand the product on it’s place (on the middle and lower part), flip the product over and remove the backing that is covering the NEXX and Nexxellent logo
- Carefully place it back, press and gently rub over the positioner foil (the top foil, on top of the logo)
- Remove the positioner foil (top foil) with a sharp angle (steady and calm)
If everything went well you have placed a;
- 10µm SSt foil with +/- 1 µm tolerance
- 10 µm PSA (adhesive) with +/- 1 µm tolerance
The 20 µm stack gives durable seal with a minimal impact in highly critical environments
