Advanced knowledge, skills and equipment to meet your needs

From single prototype to consistent series production
However your project starts, our facilities are built to carry it through every stage: from a first hand-cut sample to a series of tens of thousands of pieces, without the quality shifting along the way. That continuity matters. A laminate that performs in a lab sample but drifts even slightly in series production can undo months of validation work on your side. We built our production to avoid exactly that.

Chemistry, converting and cleanroom under one roof
Most laminate suppliers buy their adhesives from third parties and rely on others for cleanroom processing. At Maan Special Products, adhesive development, converting and cleanroom production all take place in one location in Raalte, the Netherlands. That gives us full control over every step, shorter lines between development and production, and the ability to take on challenges a standard supplier would have to turn away.

Production processes

  • Roll-to-roll: continuous processing of film on rolls, with a working width up to 600 mm.
  • Sheet-to-sheet: processing of individual sheets up to 600 × 600 mm
  • 3D forming: shaping ultra-thin laminates into a customer-specific three-dimensional geometry, with every layer following exactly the same contour.

Cleanroom production
All processes run under the same cleanroom discipline, with delivery in ISO class 5, 6 or 7, depending on what your application requires. Because the conditions are the same for every process, a design validated on a small batch of sheets can move to roll-to-roll volume production without a second qualification round. That saves you time, cost and risk when scaling up.

Volumes and supply formats
We produce from a single piece to 10,000+ pieces at consistent quality, and deliver in the format that fits your process:

  • Finished part: ready to apply, no further processing needed
  • Roll: for automated application on your production line
  • Sheet: for manual handling or further cutting
  • Semi-finished film: for your own downstream processing

Facilities at a glance

  • Roll-to-roll: up to 600 mm working width
  • Sheet-to-sheet: up to 600 × 600 mm
  • 3D forming: customer-specific geometry
  • Cleanroom: ISO class 5, 6 or 7
  • Volumes: 1 to 10,000+ pieces

Built around your process
Our facilities adapt to the point where the ultra-thin layer enters your process, not the other way around.
